Terms

Last updated: 2 August 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and Zorg by Blue, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 85507636, based in the Netherlands ("Solo & Fearless", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the Solo & Fearless website, members area, community, courses and program at soloandfearless.com (the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract under the law of your jurisdiction. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are paying for a subscription and are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address when you register and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at hello@soloandfearless.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. What the Service is

Solo & Fearless is a solo female travel coaching service. It provides online courses, a members community, and The Fearless Ones Program, a planning workspace for building and managing your own trips.

The Service offers information, coaching content and planning tools. It does not provide professional travel, medical, legal, financial or safety advice, and it is not a substitute for official sources or qualified professionals. Where the Service points you to official requirements, emergency services, embassies or other authorities, you remain responsible for confirming that information yourself and for your own decisions and safety. You travel at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own choices before and during any trip.

5. Your Trip File and content

Information you enter into The Fearless Ones Program is stored in your account on our database, and a copy is also kept in your own browser so the program works offline, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable care to keep your account data safe, but you are responsible for your own use of the Service and for any device you use to access it.

6. Plans and billing

The Service is offered on a free plan and on paid subscription plans.

  • Fearless One (free). A free account with access to the free courses and the community.
  • Booked & Bold and The Fearless Life (paid). Paid subscription plans that unlock further courses and, on The Fearless Life, The Fearless Ones Program.
  • Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe, in US dollars. Pricing is shown on our website and at checkout. Monthly plans renew monthly; yearly plans renew yearly. Prices may change for future billing periods on reasonable notice.
  • Taxes. Prices are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
  • Upgrades and downgrades. You may change your plan at any time from the billing portal in your account. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the price difference charged on a pro-rata basis. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we keep your access while Stripe retries the payment. If the subscription ultimately ends without successful payment, your account reverts to the free plan.
  • Complimentary and special-rate accounts. We may grant free or reduced-rate access to selected members at our discretion. Any such arrangement applies only to the specific accounts we assign it to.

7. Immediate access and your right of withdrawal

When you subscribe to a paid plan, you receive access to the paid content immediately.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. By subscribing and choosing to start using the paid content straight away, you expressly request that we begin providing the Service immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the Service has begun. You confirm this when you subscribe.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of that period, after which your account reverts to the free plan.

No refunds. All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, for downgrades, or for periods during which you did not use the Service. This does not affect any consumer rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

9. Your content and community conduct

"Your Content" means anything you post or submit to the Service, including community posts, comments, reviews, images, videos, and the information you enter into the program. You keep all rights in Your Content. By posting content in the community, you grant us a licence to store, display and share it within the Service so that it can be shown to other members as intended.

You represent that you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or break any law.

When using the community, you must not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, or that sexualises minors; that harms or endangers others; that shares another person's private information without consent; or that is spam or advertising. Treat other members with respect. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

10. Course and program content

The results of any course, tool or program feature depend on your own decisions and circumstances. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, and the coaching content, planning tools and community are provided to support your own choices, not to replace your own judgement or official and professional sources.

You may use the courses, program and community for your own personal use only. You must not copy, share, resell, republish or redistribute our content, or use it to build a competing product.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or help others do so;
  • attempt to circumvent plan limits, access controls, billing or security controls, or to access another member's account or private data;
  • reverse-engineer, scrape or copy the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • resell or sublicense access to the Service except under a written agreement with us;
  • upload malware or otherwise interfere with the Service or other members.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, and we may report illegal conduct to the relevant authorities.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including those named in our Privacy Policy) to function. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.

13. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, brand, courses, program content, and the names Solo & Fearless and Jordyn, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal use in line with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

14. Jordyn and AI

Solo & Fearless is presented through Jordyn, an AI-generated avatar. We are open about this: Jordyn is a created persona, not a real individual, and the content is produced by us. This transparency is part of the brand and does not change your rights or ours under these Terms.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that its content is accurate or complete for your situation, or that it will be available without interruption. You are responsible for your own travel decisions and safety.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, including any decision you make before or during travel.

Our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (EUR 100).

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your account presents a security or legal risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you may request deletion of your account by emailing hello@soloandfearless.com. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including Sections 9, 10, 13, 15, 16 and 19.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give reasonable advance notice by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the Service before they take effect.

19. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The competent courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
